Az eszközök 802.11g szabványt támogatnak, a PCMCI és PCI modellt egyaránt Texas Instruments chipsetel szerelik (ez itt egy kis korrekció is - mert előzetesen az hangzott el tőlem, hogy Realtek chipsetel vannak ellátva - BOCSÁNAT akit félrevezettem!) és a megfelelő meghajtó programmal támogatják a WPA-PSK biztonsági eljárást is. Az eszközöket kishazánkban a http://www.vcomp.hu oldalon lehet beszerezni és az áruk is igen kedvező! A kártyák Linux alatt is könnyen életrekelthetők.
